What a year. We came back strong this year, stumbled in the middle, before ripping off an 11-5 finish to the season. Cut our selection volume, streamlined operations and it worked. Felt like year one all over again. Start the countdown til July brings training camps and renewed opportunities.

Statnerds.com was founded in 2006. We started this website to be your website. When we started last year, we gave all of our selections out for free. Why you ask? There are a few reasons:

 

 

1. We wanted to prove without a doubt, that we were better than most handicappers out there. We are not a group of guys that release selections because a team is “due to win”, or because we have a “hunch” that one team will beat another. We are professionals. We use intense statistical analysis coupled with insight and trends to find value in games. We use statistics that most handicappers aren’t even familiar with. Ask your former handicapper if he can breakdown the trends of every referee in professional football. Don’t think that’s important? Let us convince you! Points per yard is another often overlooked stat which is invaluable when factoring in over/unders. We cover those and much more! Again we are statNERDS.

 

 

2. We believed that if our customers could track us throughout the season, and view every pick we make in a documented format, then we would earn their trust. After our 18-5 result in the 2006 college bowl season, our legacy was written...or should we say documented.

Here are some things to remember: Anytime you hear a handicapper say they have “inside information” you should be weary. Inside information is usually a scam 99% of the time. Never fall for the “100% guaranteed” picks. The ones where you only pay if the pick wins, and you are not charged if it loses. We are all smarter than that. At statnerds.com we DO NOT sell you.
